Processing time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You'll get another notification once your order ships.
If we're experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may take a little longer — we'll contact you by email or phone if there's a significant delay.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Shipping charges are calculated and shown at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally happen due to courier delays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking info to update.
Shipping to multiple addresses
Place a separate order for each address, or email abhinitranjan007@gmail.com for help.
Order changes and address errors
Contact us at abhinitranjan007@gmail.com as soon as possible if you need to change your shipping address or order details. We can't guarantee changes once an order is in processing or has shipped, and we're not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.
Damaged or lost shipments
OrderAbhi isn't liable for products damaged or lost in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please file a claim with the carrier and also reach out to us so we can help. If tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received it, contact us within 48 hours so we can investigate with the carrier.
Customs, duties, and taxes
For orders shipped outside India, OrderAbhi isn't responsible for customs and taxes. Any fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the customer's responsibility.
