Returns

We want you to love what you ordered from OrderAbhi. If something isn't right, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it
In its original packaging with tags attached
Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, personal care items, gift cards, and made-to-order or customised products.

How to start a return

Email us at abhinitranjan007@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll confirm your return and share the return address and next steps. Please don't send items back without contacting us first.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you whether it's approved.

Refunds

If approved, we'll initiate a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. It may take a few extra days for your bank to post it. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
